Return and Refund
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned for exchange or credit store within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return and Refund Instructions
- Returned products must not show any signs of use and must have the seals intact.
- Before making the return you must be authorized by Alviero Rodriguez who issues an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code.
- To request the return authorization, the Customer must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
within 14 days from receipt of the goods, containing the codes of the items to be returned and the number
of order; it must be specified if an exchange, credit store or return is required.
- Once the return request has been received, Alviero Rodriguez will send the Customer an email containing the RMA code and the return instructions.
- Return shipments can be made by the courier chosen by the customer and Alviero Rodriguez in this case does not assume any responsibility in case of loss of goods.
- Unauthorized shipments or shipments that show an incorrect RMA code on the package will be refused.
The customer has the following compensations available:
- can be used only once within 30 days from the time of return;
- cannot be combined with other Store Credit;
- must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.
- after receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the returned items.
- the credit will be available on your card within 14 working days.
- If the order was placed with "cash on delivery" the refund will be free of the cost of the courier service.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The return of the goods must arrive at the headquarters of Alviero Rodriguez, within 14 days from the written authorization to the Customer by the assistance department.
- The guarantee and protection seal present on the items that are returned must not be cut or broken.
- Each product must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories, received with the order.
- All items must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
- In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Alviero Rodriguez, it is required to follow the same instructions above. Alviero Rodriguez reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods.
- Alviero Rodriguez reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. At the time of exchange, the additional shipping costs are:
- borne by Alviero Rodriguez se: the product sent has manufacturing defects.
- charged to the customer if: the product has no manufacturing defects, but the customer is not satisfied with the product, thus requesting an exchange or a refund.
- Alviero Rodriguez will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address upon payment of the shipment.
